Who We Support.

Empress Social Care enables children, young people and adults to receive the highest standards of care and support. This includes individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, behaviours that may be challenging, Autism, complex needs, mental health conditions, sensory impairment or a combination of needs.

Staff hold qualifications in health and social care and have a background in social work and nursing. Their experience includes working with individuals who have a mental health diagnosis, substance misuse, alcohol misuse, Autism and ADHD. Working from a medical perspective they have experience of supporting service users with physical and learning disabilities including Parkinsons Disease and dementia.

The team provides highly specialised nursing care to those with complex needs. This includes assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individualised programmes of support. Additionally, they provide expert advice and mentoring to colleagues to collectively encourage and enable individuals to achieve positive outcomes. 

Our services include domiciliary care, community outreach, companionship, crisis intervention, respite care, supported living and high level family support for children and young people with disabilities and/or complex needs. All services are tailored to the needs of the individual, working with flexibility to accommodate the person and their family.

Empress Social Care take a different approach to other care and support agencies. We work with the individual and their family to ensure lives are enriched and fulfilled. This means we do not keep to a rigid schedule but work with families to accommodate changes requests – even at short notice. Our teams deliver excellent care when it is needed, taking the time to understand the individual and make sure they live the life they want to live.
