Supported Living.
Our supported living service is centered around co-creating individualised service plans, delivery strategies and outcomes with service users. We prioritise a person-centric approach, ensuring individuals in supported living settings are consistently treated with respect, acknowledging their maturity.
Our service is firmly rooted in fostering positive outcomes and cultivating an environment that empowers individuals to attain independence and confidence, ultimately reducing the need for support when it becomes appropriate to do so. Our overarching vision is one of equality, where individuals lead meaningful lives.
Empowering service users to make choices regarding their clothing, activities, and friendships is a fundamental aspect of promoting independent living. We offer guidance, support, and encouragement to help each individual assess their desires and requirements. Transitioning decision-making authority to the service user is a pivotal milestone in their journey.
We match members of our team with service users based on their skills, knowledge, and personalities. Each service user is assigned a small care team that they come to know and trust, and who deeply understand their unique needs and preferences.

As part of our supported living support are life skills that includes education, training, finance, health, leisure activities and hobbies. We create individualised plans for each service user tailored to their unique needs, by seamlessly combining one-to-one support with active community involvement.

Support is available for a few hours during the day to 24/7 where a care and support worker will be available in the accommodation overnight. Our support plans suit individual needs and we collaboratively approach:
- Where they want to live
- What support they require
- What outcomes they want to achieve
- Whether they prefer to live alone or with other people
- Their preferences for the support workers who will be assisting
- What relationships they have with others and how to maintain them
- Who their support network are and how this impacts day to day life
- Working flexibly to adapt to changes in needs or circumstances
